TERMS OF SERVICE

At least 50% of the payment must be made before I begin the commission. The other 50% must be paid after sketch approval.

I have the right to reject any order I feel uncomfortable accepting.

I retain all copyrights over all commissioned artworks. Therefore I am allowed to use the artwork in posts, prints, portfolios, and videos.

You may use the commissioned piece for personal use. For example, posting the artwork on social media platforms or printing it out.

You may use the artwork in a monetized video as long as my artwork is not the main subject for earnings.

You may not remove my signature or alter the artwork without my consent.

You are not allowed a refund after sketch approval.

If for any reason the order is canceled by myself or the buyer, you will receive a full refund.

If the commissioned artwork will be used commercially, you must inform me before or during the sketching phase.

Drafts (You decide which one I should proceed working with.)

Sketches and the final sketch (You lose the right to ask for a refund after approving the final sketch.)

Updates and the right to ask for changes. (A fee will be added if these changes apply to parts of the drawing that were previously approved.)

The finished artwork in a full resolution file.

I will do my best to ensure your satisfaction, so please communicate your wants to me. This will put us on the same page and make the process go much smoother.

If no deadline is given, the time taken to finish your commission varies from 3 days - 3 months

Some of my terms can be changed with discussion. (You don't want me to post the artwork or make prints of it, etc. Just ask!)
